Where is the processed data view located?

Click Processed data in the assessment’s navigation panel.

The processed data view is an automatically generated list that collects information about each data type and how it is processed in the assessment’s data flow map.

List columns

Click a number to view related objects.

• Data type is the identified data that is processed in this assessment.
• Category is the grouping mechanism for the different data types.
• Data subject categories are the data subjects whose personal data is processed in the assessment.
• Data sources are all the different collection points of that specific data type.
• Processing objects lists all the objects that process the data type.

Tip

An overview of the processed data of all assessments is available under the Asset Management menu. It additionally displays the assessments, purposes of processing, and longest retention time for each data type.
